Beer description
Light colored pale ale malt creates the backbone of this beer, with enough malt to keep the boatload of hops in check. Late hopping with Citra, Mosaic, and Kohatu produce notes of papaya and other tropical fruits and a touch of fresh mown grass and pine. A dry finish completes this hoppy but balanced ale.
