Their interpretation of a ‘Schwarzbock’ - a style that doesn’t truly exist. A dark beer that drinks much lighter and smoother than you might expect, but with a bit higher alcohol content - making it more of a bock beer. Sweet, deep malt mixes with a hint of smoke to create a complex but still immensely quaffable beer. A beer best enjoyed by the fireplace in their taproom, but delicious anywhere you take it.
