This juicy India Pale Ale is hopped nearly exclusively with the new, experimental hop HBC638. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruit, including overripe pineapple and guava or papaya pop out of the glass. A solid bitterness and a full mouthful keep the beer drinkable.
