Fullsteam Farm's Edge: Weaver Meadow

Sweet malts fuse with the vanilla aromatics of native sweetgrass, and an aggressive (but not overpowering) grassy hop presence finishes the beer dry and spicy. The end result is a super easy-drinking local twist on a modern Oktoberfest -- but with enough interesting edges to make you want more. Brewed in celebration of Weaver Street's thirty years of service to the community. Festbiers are lighter and more crisp than the traditional Oktoberfest -- it's the beer served at modern Oktoberfests. (Except for the sweetgrass part...that's just us having fun.)
