Funky Bow Midnight Special

Appearance is murky, dark brown with lots of small grayish sediment in suspension, no sparkle, finger-width, foamy light brown head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is rich, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, mild yeast. Taste is nice bittersweet roasted coffee with chocolate. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thick, smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and smooth finish as taste. Overall, not super complex but really nice, strong flavor, aroma and gorgeous palate all overcome a regrettable appearance.
