Beer description
If you’re a beer drinker and like farmhouse ales or sours, this is right up your alley, or street or wheelhouse... whatever it is, it’s crazy good, especially if you love that funky sour flavor. Simply put, it’s tart, dry and wicked sour. I tasted it with Eddie, one of our phenom cider tenders at the Cidercade. He told me the ins and outs of this bad boy and that the Brett makes all the difference and actually is the unsung hero of this unique cider. It’s the bacteria used to ferment the cider and it’s in there big time and gives this cider the sour punch. It has an interesting nose, sour throughout and a finish that lingers a bit longer than most of our ciders. Dry for sure. So, if you love farmhouses or sours, give this a shot or even a whole plastic cup full. You won’t be disappointed.
