Beer description
Unlike our Apple Pear from last year, we took it up a level. This one is a semi-sweet cider with 50% apple cider and 50% pear cider. Fermented with D-47 yeast to provide more of a fruit-forward profile. Kevin filtered the base to semi-sweet level instead of adding sugar post-fermentation. Not sure if you can tell, but our cider masters really know what they’re doing.
