Beer description

The Belle Saison tastes like a tangy, tangy beer with a round fruitiness, topped off with a very light sour note. The Franconian interpretation of the Belgian Saison beer style, brewed with Ellinger aroma hops and Franconian malts, is rounded off with a special top-fermented yeast. Color: Cognac-colored, opal / Aroma: Honeydew melon, peach, forest honey / Taste: Fruity & round, slightly tart.
