Fürst Carl - Schlossgold

The export beer pampers with mild caramel notes and a special spiciness. The outstanding beer quality was awarded the gold medal by the DLG in 2021. Brewed according to the Schlossbrauerei's oldest recipe, Fürst Carl Schlossgold is reminiscent of the over 300-year-old beer tradition of the Ellingen region. Appearance: Light amber color with a fine-pored head / Aroma: Caramel, honey, slightly smoky, reminiscent of malt beer / Aroma: The malty first sip introduces a spicy taste of honey notes and a pleasant hint of smoke. / Bitterness: Subtly bitter in the finish.
