Beer description

TASTE DESCRIPTION Light golden, cloudy. Semi-sweet, dense, bitter. Mango, passion fruit, orange, grassy. SUB-CLASS - NEIPA New England India Pale Ale is a beer style that has been growing rapidly in recent years. These beers are characterized by a strong hop character due to the dry hopping. This results in a lot of tropical fruit characteristics along with relatively little bitterness compared to traditional IPA beers (although not necessarily). Producers often use wheat and oats which gives an increased mouthfeel and one of the main characteristics of these beers is that they are very cloudy in appearance due to being unfiltered. SUPER CLASS - IPA This category includes all beers that are considered IPA, whether they come from the United States, the British Isles or elsewhere. IPA or India Pale Ale is an ale that has its roots in Britain and is characterized today in most cases by a very pronounced flavor of the hops used in the production. Flavor characteristics can be, for example, citrus, resin, and tropical fruits and usually contain quite a lot of bitterness. Alcohol content can range from 4.5% to 10%.
