Brasserie Galibot - Bière de Pain

Inspired by "kvass", a drink fermented from rye, we collaborated with the bakers Jérôme and Joël Schwalbach, the best workers in France, for this cellar beer. In the mouth, the beer is very light and reveals nice notes of rye and bread.
