Beer description
Pils'enlit is the little sister of our Pils de Schoneck. A generously hopped German pilsner brewed with a nice amount of dandelion flowers. The color is golden and shiny. There are floral and herbal aromas on the nose and on the palate. The bitterness is a bit more pronounced here and is supported by the dandelion.
