Galotia - Outsiders - 6 Aniversario

Outsiders is the commemorative beer of our 6th anniversary. It is a Sour Imperial Porter, with an alcohol content of 9.2%. This dark beer is characterised by its acidic profile, the result of fermentation with lactobacillus. The addition of an array of red fruits, specifically currants, blackcurrants, blueberries and raspberries, adds nuances in flavour, enriching its complexity. The combination of the darkness of the porter and the lactic acidity together with the sweetness and acidity of the red berries results in a drink with a distinctive taste profile and a palette of flavours that balances the toasty with the fruity.
