Beer description
This organic cider cuvée Prestige is made from apples selected from the varieties typical of the region, respecting the specifications of the AOP Pays-d'Auge. These fruits come from a south-facing orchard on chalk, clay and cenomacian soils. Thus, the forces of these soils have the power to regulate the apple tree's water. By the way, we pick the apples with an umbrella and let them ripen in a sheltered place for two months before pressing. These conditions give this cuvée strength, aromatic finesse and sweetness. Use: aperitif, white meat, fish, aged camembert, fruit dessert.
