Cider AOP Pays-d'Auge, which is typical for its fine, white and persistent foam and its intense color that varies from yellow-orange to amber. In the mouth it is rather soft, with very little acidity, slightly bitter. It goes well with dishes with cream, with cheese, especially Camembert, and with desserts.
