Beer description
The poiré bouché from the Cidrerie fermière du domaine de la Galotière is a traditional Normandy drink made from organic pears by Jean-Luc Olivier in Crouttes, in the Pays d'Auge. This low-alcohol drink is very fruity and sparkling. Poiré can be enjoyed very well chilled as an aperitif or with fish, seafood or a crepe.
