This Poiré cuvée prestige is made by Jean-Luc Olivier in the cider factory of the Domaine de la Galotière in Croutes in the Pays d'Auge. This poiré combines freshness with fine bubble formation and is an ideal drink for a low-alcohol aperitif or as an accompaniment to a chocolate dessert.
