Galway Solemn Black

Solemn Black is our take on the Black IPA style. Brewed with six different malts & the most dank & resinous hops known to man. It is hoppy, malty deliciousness. BIG piney, woody aroma. The flavour is mouth coating piney, resinous hops, some pleasant coffee notes & a solid malt backbone to almost balance it all. Malts: Golden Promise, Munich, Caramalt, Wheat, Oats, Carafa Special III Hops: Chinook, Colombus & Simcoe
