In an audacious experiment, we pushed our brewing equipment to its limits. We double-mashed, intensifying the wort like never before. After a 3.5-hour boil to deepen flavors, we transferred 30% of the wort to a secondary high-powered boiler, boiling relentlessly. The result? An astonishingly thick syrup, a testament to our pursuit of brewing excellence. Blended seamlessly back into the main wort, it transformed into a masterpiece awaiting savored.
