Beer description
The Octo X Series is a pastry gose dessert beer series, and this Christmas edition is closest to liquid Ris á la Mande. The brewery added a rice porridge mash to the mix and let the beer mature with plenty of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, heaps of almonds, and the juice of delicious cherries.
