Brewed for Great Doink Day 2025, 10th May at the brewery.
Each year we brew 2-3 new variants of Big Doink, using the same hops, malts and base recipe, but adding different twists and ideas that challenge and explore what Big Doink is capable of and testing the skill and creativity of our brewers and taste buds of all Gamma fans.
Probably the wildest twist to date, and one we’re very excited for - a black IPA version of Big Doink using plenty of roasted malts, giving a higher bitterness and more full flavoured mouthfeel to enhance the Doink experience.
