Brewed for Great Doink Day 2025, 10th May at the brewery. Each year we brew 2-3 new variants of Big Doink, using the same hops, malts and base recipe, but adding different twists and ideas that challenge and explore what Big Doink is capable of and testing the skill and creativity of our brewers and taste buds of all Gamma fans. Fruity aromas and flavors to the max! Tropi-Doink is inspired by Berry Doink from 2024, but this time we wanted to switch it up and use some more tropical fruits, namely passion fruit, mango and pineapple for a super fresh, multifruit juice flavored doink, which comes in at just 6.4%
