Beer description

An unfiltered beer enjoyment: our original drink. The naturally cloudy full beer impresses with its fruity, tart taste. The yeast that really rises in this Zwickelbier gives the specialty its unmistakably original character. Sweet in the first taste, tart in the aftertaste - that is the consummate art of Freiburg brewing. Brewed according to an ancient original recipe by our founder Louis Ganter - with clear Black Forest water and regional raw materials. The beer then matures in small, exclusive quantities in the storage cellar - until it is ready to be drunk. For the benefit!
