Garage Beer Co. - And Again

Garage Beer Co x Rivington Brewing Co. AND AGAIN is a 6.6% ABV IPA brewed in collaboration with Rivington Brewing Co. (UK), the third release in our UK collaboration series. Thanks to a fortunate Tour de France crossover, we managed to get Ben over to Barcelona to brew a modern, hop-forward IPA packed with juicy flavour. Built on a base of low-colour Golden Promise malt, the beer develops a subtle biscuit-like backbone while letting the hops take centre stage. A generous addition of oats creates a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel, while restrained bitterness allows the fruit-forward hop character to shine. The combination of Idaho 7, Simcoe and Palisade delivers layers of ripe peach, apricot, citrus and delicate floral notes. Idaho 7 leads with vibrant stone fruit, Simcoe contributes citrus and subtle resin, while Palisade enhances the beer with soft floral aromas and additional peach character. The result is a juicy, full-bodied IPA with a silky texture, bright hop expression and exceptional drinkability—a modern IPA that keeps you coming back for another sip.
