. A select lot of Double R Ranches Citra has been shipped to us especially for this beer. While over in Yakima at hop selection in September 2022 we had the privilege of being hosted by the Riel family of Double R Ranches as they returned the favour from their trip to Garage previous year. It’s no wonder their hops are so good considering the standards that they work to in harvesting and processing thier hops. We have stayed true to previous recipes and just let the hops do the talking. Pushing our mash tun to the limit using dangerous amounts of flaked wheat and oats to conjure up a creamy, silky base beer. On top of this we have layered loads of Citra in the WP and then pushed our IPA rules out the window to dry hop this with monstrous amounts of this great hop. Expect huge citrus bouquet complimented by some passion fruit, pink grapefruit, marijuana and stone fruit notes. This is Juice.
