Beer description
At the centre of Europe, the Bohemia region in the west of the Czech Republic is home to some of the most world-famous breweries - some even call it the ‘cradle of beer’ due to its centuries-old beer brewing traditions. One of the local breweries says ‘brewing good beer is an art, but brewing good beer all the time - that takes a lot of effort’. No wonder it's from this region that the advanced bottom fermentation technique for brewing beer was developed and subsequently spread to the rest of the world.
Inspired by Bohemia, we have brewed an organic ‘Czech black lager’ - not to be confused with stout or porter.
