Garage Beer Co. - Llagostera

The last of our range of locally flavored beers is a large TIPA using locally grown organic Cascade hops from Biolupulus. It carries many of the familiar US Cascade citrus and herbal notes with a touch of earthiness. To bring this TIPA up to 11, we dumped in a bunch of Mosaic Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Amarillo. With a slightly sweeter and fuller finish than some of our recent TIPAs, this beer screams sugar-coated dried mango, apricot and tangerine with hints of orange boiled candy.
