Garage Beer Co. - Garage Plantation TIPA

Juice Alert! Our newest beer to receive the 100kg treatment is a TIPA that is bursting with tropical, fruity hops. An intoxicating mixture of Mosaic Cryo, HBC630 Cryo and Vic Secret results in a TIPA that tastes like a candy like strong mango, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, banana and a hint of berries. Last year we received a small amount of HBC630 and were really impressed with it, so this year we bought it in cryo form to be pressed into some large IPAs. It reminded us a little of El Dorado with its candy-like notes that allow it to work really well with tropical-fruity hops like Vic and Mosaic as used here. With a super soft body and restrained carbonation, it is like a tropical fruit ice cream that you want to enjoy in the summer sun.
