Beer description
"A melange of lemon zest and fresh peeled orange hits the palate, with a refreshingly crisp finish." - Trillium
Originally brewed in Canton, Massachusetts with East Coast brewing legends Trillium, Sunrise Valley features a hop-free boil, and a massive dry-hop of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau, courtesy of our pals over at Freestyle hops. Sunrise Valley also owes its name to the hop-growing region where Freestyle conjure up those wonderful hops - an idyllic location nestled away in the Upper Moutere.
When it was first brewed, this hop-free boil and heavy dry hop was considered a 'radical' technique for both Trillium and Garage Project, but over the years - through the rebrews, and the new drops - it's proven to an integral element of Valley terroir.
We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we love making it.
