Hey! It’s a mead made using the multi-time winner of the “Best Honey in the World” title by Apimondia and Sofi.
Sourwood honey is created when bees collect nectar from Sourwood blossoms and return it to the hive to be produced into honey.
Is the honey sour? No...
Is this mead sour? No...
Is somebody gonna comment “I don’t get the sour?” Absolutely...
Fermented with a Saccharomyces hybrid then aged on gently toasted French Oak.
