Beer description
Pale Ale is an English beer style and is brewed in the Gassl with certified South Tyrolean barley malt. The quality label South Tyrol may only wear what is produced according to strict guidelines and controls. A pale ale is characterized by a strong and special kind of hopping. We use the variety Cascade. Its fruity fragrance, paired with the fruit aromas of the varietal top-fermenting yeast used, leads to a slim drink and a very pleasant bitter finish.
