A blend of US hops (Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo) and two local French classics (Centennial & Cascade) creates an aromatic profile bursting with citrus, pine, and ripe fruit. Soft and smooth upfront, then crisp and snappy on the finish, this IPA delivers both freshness and character — a perfect equilibrium, just like walking on wings.
