Beer description
Fermented with Dallenwil flower honey. A very strong beer that can compete with a good glass of wine. So it lives quite well in the monastery. The Belgian strong beer yeast and honey harmonize wonderfully, so that the snappy alcohol smell that would be expected with such strong beers does not appear. The name Hill of Angels comes from a poem by William Wordsworth in 1820 that describes the beauty of Engelberg. Created in collaboration with the Sutton brewery.
