Beer description
Our Imperial Stout barrel base aged 19 months in select Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, developing a rich fudge and caramelized sugar foundation. Once removed from barrels, the beer received generous amounts of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry puree. Madagascar vanilla and almond paste were added together to round out the profile and provide a cake batter-reminiscent flavor.
