Piwne Podziemie - Georgia Peach Mochi

Pastry Sour, 16°Blg Georgia Peach Mochi is a pastry sour inspired by the popular Asian frozen dessert Mochi. The base of this beer is a sour with lots of rice in three forms: rice flakes, sticky rice and sticky flour. We added massive amounts of nectarine, peach and apricot purée to Georgia Peach Mochi so that it is mega fruity. The flavour experience here is also enhanced by the addition of vanilla from Madagascar.
