Beer description

Low fermentation beer belonging to the Bock style, with an alcohol content of 6.4% by volume. The appearance is presented with a captivating full amber color with ruby ​​reflections against the light and a slight haze. The foam forms abundant, with fine bubbles, compact and creamy, with good adherence and excellent persistence. On the nose, of good intensity and pleasant intensity, we are welcomed by a very variegated malted component, composed of honeyed tones, of bread and of own damp malt with the addition of light toasted notes. Present a light fruity yellow fruit and absent the aromatic component of hops. On the palate it is moderately sparkling, medium-bodied, bitterly perceptible and fairly persistent. Start with strong caramel tones paired with flavors of bread crust and light toast.
