Beer description

Highly fermented beer due to the Saison style, with a volume in alcohol by volume of 4.8%. Appears to the appearance with a beautiful golden color and a decisive glaze. The foam is very beautiful, fine, compact, creamy, with good adherence and medium persistence. On the nose it is of high intensity and of good complexity. We can initially hear notes of cereal that then turn on a definite perception of the bergamot used in production which is combined with fresh floral tones and a light spicy note of thyme and lemon balm. On the palate it is of high fizziness, light body, moderate bitterness and discreet aftertaste persistence. On the palate it is fresh, starting with light honey and cereal tones combined with a fruity citrus fruit and hints of Chinese mandarin, yellow grapefruit and cedar, with a slight associated acidity and a dry, medium length finish with a touch of hops to give a little bitterness and spice that help the drink.
