Beer description

Low fermentation beer, belonging to the Märzen style, with an alcohol content of 5.3% by volume. It appears to have a slightly amber color with orange hues with a perceptible haze. The foam is very beautiful, formed with fine bubbles, compact and creamy, with good adherence and persistence. The sense of smell, of good intensity and pleasant finesse, is rightly characterized by notes of honey and bread from the malt used. Clean fermentation profile and no hop aroma. On the palate it has a medium body with a velvety consistency and low sparkling, moderate bitterness and a discreet aftertaste persistence. It starts off sweet, with notes of honey and cereal and then leads us to a dry and dry finish, of moderate persistence, where the hops creates a good dryness and an excellent cleanliness giving very pleasant but light and never intrusive aromatic herbaceous notes. The alcoholic sensation is present but well blended in the general context.
