1847 hop varieties in one bottle: "We have always been sustainable in our thinking. So it was only logical that we took the initiative when it came to saving various hop cultivation strains from being destroyed in 1845, which had been grown in a field on an experimental basis. We preferred to brew a wonderful pale bock from them, which, thanks to its special hoppiness, has become an insider's tip. It's just a shame that, thanks to the high demand, our stocks quickly disappeared. The solution: together with the hop breeder we created a new hop variety: UNIQUE hops have been giving our M-UNIQUE its valuable uniqueness ever since."
