Beer description
Fantastic Voyage is Gigantic's first mixed fermentation Brett Saison. They aged it in oak barrels for an extended time, then added additional yeast in the bottle for more bottle-conditioned complexity. The golden beer has a subtle funk and a bouquet of floral hops. It is intensely drinkable with refreshing tartness.
