Gilac Alma

Amber colored beer, with a fine and fairly persistent foam, slightly veiled and uniform in appearance. Presents a particular olfactory intensity, immediately fruity and floral aromas then with the characteristic fragrance of chestnut honey. Appreciable body and medium sparkling, balanced taste with a moderate bitter note. The retro olfactory persistence is long with a prevalence of malt and honey.
