Gilac Caesar

Gold color, amber, with a fine and persistent foam, of a slightly veiled uniform appearance. It has a high olfactory intensity, with an intense malty aroma and a hint of honey. Appreciable body and medium sparkling, balanced taste with well balanced bitter note. The retro olfactory persistence is long with a prevalent note of malts.
