Second fermentation followed by remuage and dégorgement and subsequent third fermentation with slow and prolonged maturation at a constant temperature. Elegant golden yellow color, crystalline clarity, exuberant well-structured foam, fine and persistent perlage. Initially it releases a floral bouquet, then the aroma becomes fruity, of cooked apple, ripe grapes, candied citrus fruits. Balanced body, strong sparkling, balanced taste with pleasant fruity notes. Long, fresh aftertaste with hops. Dry and soft finish at the same time.
