Gilac Nives

Coppery colored beer with orange reflections, medium persistent fine foam, clear appearance. Amazing olfactory intensity, immediately evocative of warm winter spices then caramel and cooked fruit. Structured body, velvety, medium sparkling. The spices return to the palate, in particular cinnamon and clove, with notes of dried and candied fruit and the initial dessert is well balanced by a generous but not overpopular hopping.
