Medium golden body, clear as a bell, with aromas of pome fruit (pear), spice and earth. Starts with subtle fruit and malt flavors and ends with a soft, earthy, dry finish. Perfect for aging, the three Brett strains will continue to mature and change over time, becoming more complex and funky.
