Gilman La Petit Hibou

A Belgian blonde style beer. Pilsner, pale malt, wheat, and rye form a crisp malt backbone with a light golden body. Subtle stone fruit and spice aromas from traditional Belgian yeasts and a generous late addition of Saaz hops. Slightly dry finish with very mild bitterness and smooth round body.
