Gipsy Hill Brewing Company - Hitcher

A clear mid orange coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, caramel, vanilla, maybe a hint of diacetyl, creamy orange, apricot jam. Flavour is composed of semi sweet biscuity malts, caramel, spicy orange, jammy citrus, pine, little cat pee. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation, light resin.
