Kollecktor is a festival beer, our homage to the great beers that are brewed to celebrate Oktoberfest. A malty lager with soft flavors of toast, biscuits and a slight hint of fresh batter. The noble hop varieties Tettnanger and Mittlefruh provide a slight hint of flowery and spicy aromas.
