“Give Me Two Purrs,” the double oaked version of Planifolia Purr is an Imperial Stout that first aged in Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year Bourbon Barrels, then William Larue Weller Bourbon barrels. After its slumber in oak, a hefty dose of Democratic Republic of Congo vanilla beans were added. While the vanilla really shined in Planifolia Purr, this double barrel aged version is a lot more barrel forward and has huge oak undertones.
