It is golden yellow in colour and slightly veiled due to the presence of yeast, with a fine, compact and persistent white foam and a delicate gassing. Very delicate, light malted and hops notes. Very drinkable, good body associated with a slightly acidulous taste due to rye, leaves a pleasant malty and slightly bitter aftertaste.
